We here in the Map Guys Graphics Department take great pride in the quality of our work. We work incredibly hard on every single ad we design………trying to ensure that it will effectively communicate the message that the sponsor wishes to get across. We also devote ourselves completely to creating high quality, functional street maps that have inherent value………both for their beauty and usefulness.
To guarantee both the aesthetic quality and the functional value of the maps we publish, each project must meet the following standards prior to initiating the printing process:
• All ads must
have been reviewed and approved by the sponsors and advertisers
• All pinpoint locations must have been cross-checked with the sponsors,
advertisers and municipalities
• All maps must have been reviewed and approved by at least one local
authority from each community
• All maps, ads and final layouts must have been reviewed and corrected
by at least six pairs of eyes
Our Mission Statement is very simple.
We want to make both your business and your community look good.
Here’s how you can help us do that:
• Please make
sure that all photos, logos and related materials you may send us are at
least 300dpi. This will ensure that the image comes out crisp and clean.
• Please send us “eps” files………or “pdf”,
“tiff” or “jpg” files if one of those is easier
for you.
• Please don’t send us Publisher or Word documents. We absolutely,
positively cannot use them.
• We prefer to receive ad copy sent via e-mail. Please send your material
